Join Andra in spaceholding a threshold meditation for beginning, taking a break from, or ending your workday. Give your whole self time to relax into presence and being.
During the guided meditations (Tuesday and Friday), Andra begins with either a breathing or grounding practice before leading experimentation and exploration around a theme.
In the unguided meditation (Thursday), Andra offers several doorways for exploration after a group harmonizing practice, after which you get time to yourself to focus on discovering your own access to meditation as it occurs in community. After each meditation, you are invited (but not required) to offer a quick share (1-2 minutes) about something you experienced that resonated with you.
These meditations include a variety of styles, including somatic sensory experiences, imaginative waking dreams, mindfulness exercises, and nourishing stillness.
