Morning Moving (Guided Movement with ash)

In these weekly explorations, ash offers breathing and mobility practices to connect with and tend our physical and energetic bodies. Modifications are provided for a wide range of experience/mobility levels; this offering is appropriate for most folks who are safely able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. You might like to use a yoga mat and/or have blocks, blankets or pillows nearby for support.
